Services: Services for Mr. Roosevelt Sumter will be held 1:00pm Saturday, November 5, 2016. at the Ladson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, from 2-8pm. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm.
