A Funeral Service celebrating the life of Mr. Herman E. Smith will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022 at 12:00pm in JP Holley Funeral Home SE Garners Ferry Road chapel. Interment will follow at Fort Jackson National Cemetery. A public Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at JP Holley Funeral Home SE Garners Ferry Road Chapel from 3:00pm - 6:00pm.
