Funeral services for Mr. Willie James Franklin, 81, of Columbia, SC will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 9, 2021 at Zion Mill Creek Baptist Church. Public Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 8, 2021 at the funeral home. When attending any services face mask are required.
