Obituary: He leaves to cherish precious memories, his wife, Betty Ann Dickerson; two sons, Walter Dickerson, and William Dickerson; one daughter, Regina Williams; mother, Mildred Dickerson; three brothers, Roy Dickerson, Ronald Dickerson, and Kevin Anderson; two sisters, Patricia Brown, and Rosalind Jacobs; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, all of whom will miss him dearly. Services: Columbia- Service for Mr. Walter Dickerson will be held at 11am, Friday, November 3, 2017 at JP Holley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Ft. Jackson National Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, from 3:00 to 8:00 pm at the JP Holley Funeral Home Columbia Chapel.
