Mr. Carter entered into eternal rest on the 10th day of June 2026.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at eleven o’clock in the morning on Saturday, the 20th day of June 2026, at Mt. Pleasant AME Church, 1800 Vista Lane, Lynchburg, South Carolina.
Public visitation will be held from three o’clock in the afternoon until five o’clock in the afternoon on Friday, the 19th day of June at JP Holley Funeral Home Bishopville Chapel, 114 East Church Street, Bishopville, South Carolina.
