Mrs. Tonjua S. Christmas, the daughter of the late Margaret and Calhoun Goodwin, was born on September 5, 1967, in the Bronx, NY

She departed this life on December 5, 2025, at MUSC Medical Center, Columbia, S.C

She was a devoted mother of three before joining her husband and best friend, Ernest Christmas, both angels are watching over us.

She loved and enjoyed playing video games with her grandnephew Kameryn, and with family and friends, she also loves watching movies and talking about them with family.

Family is all she talks about, like taking trips together. Her daughter was her partner; they went everywhere together. No matter who she is talking to, she will always say hey baby or another phrase oh my jeebus.

Regarded by family members and friends, she had a gift and a big heart, and no matter what, she's always there for you

She leaves behind two sons, Anthonie Goodwin, Diamond Mapp, and a daughter-in-law. Shanice Mapp. Daughter Josephine Mapp Sister Barbara Huggins, Brother Curtis Goodwin, and sister in law Laura GoodwinNephew Shateek Goodwin, Antoine Tapia, Curtis Goodwin Jr., Dazzell Midleton Niece Danyell Goodwin, Grandson Dai'ceon Mapp, Granddaughter Gabriella Christmas She also leaves behind grand nephews, Peyton Tapia and Kameryn Tapia, and a host of grand nieces, family, and friends that will miss her dearly.
