Obituary: Those left to cherish his fond memories are son, Dontell Bell; daughters, Kyra Bell, Shaniquia; brothers, Freddie Young, Warren Young, Herbert Bell, Jr., Stanley Bell; sisters, Daine Bell, Elaine Bell, Debra Bell, Stacy Bell; one granddaughter, Kymora Bell; and a host of family and friends whom will miss him dearly. Services: Service for Mr. Steven A. Bell will be held 1pm, Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the JP Holley Funeral Home Columbia Chapel. Interment will follow in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4 to 8pm on Friday.
