Sharon Mackey

Obituary: Sharon A. Lester Mackey, 74, formerly of Warren, Ohio was born December 13, 1943. She passed away after a brief illness on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, in Sumter, South Carolina. She was a 1961 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. She was preceded in death by: both parents, Virgil and Helen Lester. Sharon A Lester Mackey is survived by: Michele Davis, of Warren, Ohio; Melanie Santiago, of Warren, Ohio, Lisa Mackey of Sumter, SC, and MSGT Sean Mackey, of Anchorage, Alaska; 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 6 siblings, Danny Lester, of Warren, Ohio, Karen Lester, of Sumter, SC, Ronald Lester, of Topeka, Kansas, Paul Lester, of Warren, Ohio, Phillip Lester, of Elgin, SC and Virgil Lester, of Elgin, SC; a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the American Cancer Society. Services: A celebration of Life will be planned spring of 2019.
