Graveside services for Mrs. Ruthie Mae Whaley, 70, of Orangeburg, SC will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Public Visitation will be held on Friday from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the St. Mathews Chapel. ***When attending any services face mask are required.
