Graveside services for Mrs. Ruth Delores Keitt Thomas, 80, of Orangeburg, SC will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 21, 2021 at Belleville Memorial Gardens. Public Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the St. Mathews Chapel. ***When attending any services face mask are required.
