Obituary: Those left to cherish her memories are, Ruby May Williams is survived by three siblings, Melbourne Phipps, Vernon Phipps, and Maria Smith; her children; many grand children, great grandchildren, nieces, nephew, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews. Services: Funeral Service for Mrs. Ruby Williams will be held 11:00 am Friday Oct. 13, 2017 at the JP Holley Funeral Home - Columbia Chapel. Internment will follow in Woodridge Cemetery (Lexington, SC)
