Robert Alan Sackett, Sr.

Robert Alan Sackett Sr. also known as Bobby, 63, departed this loving life on July 28, 2022 at Richland Memorial Hospital. Born on March 18, 1959 in Shaw, to the late Yasuko Adachi and William Dean Sackett I. As a child he lost his mother and was raised by the late Nancy Bell Benenhaley-Sackett. Surviving, are his wife, Rhonda Sackett also known as Susie, seven children, Ashley Sackett, Stormy Sackett(Danielle), Wayne Odom(Nicole), Jessica Johnson(Eric), Tabitha Sackett, Robert Sackett Jr, and William Sackett II, three siblings, Anita Marie Stiltner (Timothy), William David Sackett, George Raymond Sackett(Faith) and nineteenth grandchildren. He will proceed in death with all 3 parents, his brother, Allen Jerome Sackett, and his sister, Glenda Sue Sackett-Brown. Bobby was a family man, known by many and loved by many. He loved his friends and always considered them as his own family. He always made sure that everyone was well taken care of. His pockets were your pockets, he would give the you the shirt off of his back if you needed it. Bobby was a mechanic of all trades, he never failed to learn anything new. He loved to tell jokes and laugh with everyone especially his kids. The Memorial Service will be held at a family members home in Sumter on 07/31/2022 at 3 p.m.
