Rickie John Papas

Obituary: Those left to cherish his fond memories are his mother; Nancy Papas, brothers; John Papas III, Simeon P. Papas, nieces; Dia, and Georgia, all of Columbia, as well as a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly. Services: Graveside Services for Mr. Rickie John Papas will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 22, 2016 at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery. Services have been entrusted to JP Holley Funeral Home. Rickie John Papas passed away on Friday, July 15, 2016. He was born on October 24, 1954. Rickie excelled in all sports and was a phenomenal football kicker. Rickie also served proudly in the US Navy from 1976-1981 where he also excelled in sports.
