Obituary: Those left to cherish his fond memories are his mother, Alice White Higgins; sisters, Zina Washington and Barbara (Vincent) Austin; brothers: Roosevelt (Ella) Higgins Jr., Vinson (Dora) Higgins and Alexis G. Higgins along with a host of other loving relatives and caring friends all of whom will miss him dearly. Services: will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at JP Holley Funeral Home (Chapel) with interment to follow in the Red Hill Baptist Church cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 2 to 8:00 p.m. Services have been entrusted to JP Holley Funeral Home.
