Obituary: Those left to cherish her fond memories are husband, Isaac Jerome Ballard; sons; Ernesk K. Marshall, Isaac J. Ballard III; daughters; Jessica M. Jeffers, Precious M. Ballard, Bre Ann S. Ballard; brothers; Elijah Marshall Jr; sisters; Susan Jones, Melvinner A. Watson, Elelyn T. Marshall, Louise Smoot; 4 grandchildren and a host of family and friends whom will miss him dearly. Services: Service for Mrs. Patricia Ballard will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016 at JP Holley Funeral Home Columbia Chapel. Interment will follow in the Brown Chapel AME Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4pm to 8pm. The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm. Services have been entrusted to the JP Holley Funeral Home- Columbia Chapel.
