Obituary: Incomplete Services: Funeral services for Ontarius Kelley will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at the JP Holley Funeral Home, Garners Ferry Road Chapel with burial in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery. A visitation will be held Tuesday from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
