Margie Susan Denning

Margie Susan Denning, 69, of Summerton, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2026. Born on July 11, 1956, in Greensboro, Georgia, Margie lived a life centered around family, love, and an appreciation for life’s simple pleasures.

Margie found great joy and peace at the beach and by the ocean, places she loved dearly. She also had a passion for gardening and caring for her plants, bringing beauty and warmth to every home she touched. She will be remembered for her kind heart, caring spirit, and the love she shared so freely with family and friends.

She is survived by her son, Nicholas Denning of Savannah; her cherished grandchildren, Abigail Denning of Statesboro, Georgia, Olivia Craig of Ohio, Lillie Denning of Rincon, Georgia, and Landon and Aiden Denning of Rincon, Georgia. She is also survived by her brothers, Robert Smith and Benny Smith; her sisters, Jenny Winters and Freda Knight; along with several loving nieces and nephews.

Margie was preceded in death by her parents, Rassey and Edna Smith; her husband, Ron Denning; and her son, TJ Beal.

A private service will be held at a later date.
