Lloyd "Chip" Cline

January 18, 1963 — August 11, 2025

It is with deep sadness with which we convey the sudden passing of Lloyd "Chip" Cline Jr. Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather. Born in Ft. Myers, Fla. Proceeded in death by his mother Jackie, father, Lloyd Cline Sr., brothers Mike Cline (DeEtt) and George Michael Pearce( Connie). Chip will be forever remembered by all for his love of Rock n Roll, Harley Davidson Motorcycles, cars, trucks, boats and virtually anything with an engine. He was a skilled mechanic (his greatest hobby) and with this, he could most often be found in his garage tinkering with his "latest project ". Survivors left behind to cherish his memory are wife of 25 years, Kathy Cline, with her parents, Rick and Nita Ragsdale and best friend Ray Jeffcoat. He was very fond of and will be missed by his children, Johnathan Cline, step children Jessica Shealy (Matthew), Heather Groberg(Jesse), Ryan Nicole and Jimmy Gentry. Chip was particularly fond of and surely missed by his grandchildren Nathan, Marley, Kyrie, Izzy, Charles, Angel, Kylee, Connor, Collins, Aubrey, Christina and Aiden. He will also be missed and remembered by his brothers Mark Cline(Ruth), Matt Pearce(Tracy), Randy Riner(Nadine) and sister Patti McGonigle(Hughie). As well as many friends and extended family.

A celebration of life will be scheduled for a later date and time.

The family would ask in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the Diabetic Research Institute @ diabeticresearch.org
