Obituary: Those left to cherish his fond memories are his wife, Jessie Bell Gilmore Myers; daughter, Sabrina Chestnut; mother, Francenia Myers Brown; sisters: Annie Eubanks, Georgia Hallinquest, Francena (Allen) Brown and Gloria (Harold) Majors; brothers: James (Sylvia) Myers, Johnes Myers Jr., Jerry (Barbara) Myers, Alexander (Wanda) Myers and Calbert (Lorrine) Myers; three grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; along with a host of other loving relatives and caring friends all of whom will miss him dearly. Services: will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2016 at St. Mark Baptist Church with interment to follow in the church's cemetery. Mr. Myers will be placed in the church at 12:00 noon. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 3 to 8:00 p.m. Services have been entrusted to JP Holley Funeral Home.
