Services: Funeral Services for L. B. Steele Jr.will be held 12:00 noon, Wednesday March 20, 2019 at Grace Church with interment Thursday, March 21, 2019 in the Fort Jackson National Cemetery. Mr. Steele will lie in state one hour prior to the service. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 from 5-8 pm at Grace Church 2221 Rosewood Drive Columbia, South Carolina
