Funeral Service will be held 1:00 pm Thursday, February 20, 2020 at St. Phillip AME Church. Mr Washington will lie in-state one hour prior to funeral service. A visitation will be held Wednesday, February 19, 2020 from 5-8 pm at JP Holley Chapel, Garners Ferry Road.
