Kenneth Bernard Billy, 67, of Eastover, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on the 18th day of August 2026.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at two o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, the 22nd day of August, 2026, at JP Holley Funeral Home Southeast Chapel, 8132 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, South Carolina 29209.
Interment will follow in the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 7100 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, South Carolina 29209.
A Public Visitation will be held from five o'clock in the afternoon until seven o'clock in the evening on Friday, the 21st day of August, 2026, at JP Holley Funeral Home Southeast Chapel.
