Obituary: Those left to cherish her fond memories are, daughters; Joann Nixon, Deloris Nixon, Marie Nixon, Shonett Nixon, and Sharon Mack; sons; James Nixon Jr., Donald Nixon, and Wayne (Betty) Brown; brothers; Joseph (Leola) Cornish, James (Johnett) Cornish; sisters; Sarah (Clarence) Jones; 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews all whom will miss her dearly. www.jpholley.com Services: Hopkins- Funeral Service for Mrs. Josephine Nixon will be held at 12:00 pm Friday, December 15, 2017 at Good Shephard Holiness Church in Hopkins SC. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. Mrs. Nixon will be placed in the church one hour prior for public viewing. Visitation will be held Thursday, beginning at 2pm with the family receiving friends from 7 to 8 pm, at the JP Holley Funeral Home - Columbia Chapel.
