Josephine Foster

Ms. Josephine Foster entered into eternal rest on Sunday June 30, 2024 at her home. She was born in Spartanburg SC September 19, 1945. She was the daughter of the late Rosa Lee Anna Foster.

Josephine loved to laugh and have a good time. She enjoyed traveling, cruising and researching black history. She was an avid reader. She pursued a career in the Armed Forces. After 4yrs of service she settled down in her hometown of Spartanburg. She was an industrial employee until retirement then relocated to Columbia SC.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories are her siblings Doris (Lawrence)Robinson Sr. and Earnest Foster. Nieces Pam (Verlon) Rhodes,  Sonya (Roger) Parham, Donnie Foster and Yvette Foster. Nephews Lawrence (Sharon) Robinson Jr, Roderick (Patrina) Robinson and a host of other relatives and friends.

Josephine was preceded in death by her mother Rosa Lee Anna Foster, brothers Jessie Newan (Zack)Foster,  Paul Foster. Nephews Michael Robinson, Timothy Robinson and niece Stephanie Palmer.
