Obituary: Those left to cherish his fond memories are his wife, Janie Kennedy; son, Larry "Randy" Kennedy; daughter, Loretta Brunson; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild along with a host of other loving relatives and caring friends all of whom will miss him dearly. Services: will be held 12:00 noon Monday, November 16, 2015 at Progressive Believers Baptist Church with interment to follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Ft. Jackson National Cemetery on Wednesday, November 18, 2015. Mr. Kennedy will be placed in the church at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be held Sunday from 3 to 8:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Services have been entrusted to JP Holley Funeral Home.
