Obituary: Mr.James walter Fleming Jr. Was born March 10,1939 to Levolia and James Walter Fleming Sr. who preceded him in death. Internment will be held 10:00 am Tuesday Oct. 17, 2017 at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery. Visitation for Mr. Fleming will be Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
