Obituary: He leaves to cherish his memories: his three sons: James (Marie) Adams, Jr., Levi Adams, Sr., and Sammie Adams all of Columbia; five loving daughters: Catherine (Armistead) Burks of Houston, TX, Diane Adams, Dorothy Adams and Nellie Randall of Columbia, and Elaine Adams of Upland, CA; one brother John (Jacqueline) Adams of Irvine, CA and one sister, Essie (Jasper) Brooks; twelve grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly. Services: Service for Mr. Adams will be held 11:00 am Saturday July 9, 2016 at the New Light Beulah Baptist Church. Visitation will be held Friday from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
