Hazel Rogers

Hazel Mae Rogers, age 75, beloved wife of the late Charles Lonnie Rogers, died on Saturday, Nov. 16, 2024.  Mrs. Rogers was born in Fredericktown, Missouri. She loved her children and grandchildren. Hazel opened her heart and home to many who needed food, love, and support. She will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her.   Survivors are one son, Kenneth Wayne Rogers of Alton, IL; one daughter, Cindy Jean Thurman of Sumter, SC; one brother, Leonard Edgar Parson of Fredericktown, MO; three grandchildren, Ashley Elizabeth Page (Buddy) and Nicholas Alan Thurman both of Sumter, SC, Steven Charles Alan Rogers (Jacinda) of Spokane, WA; and seven great-grandchildren, Skylen, MaeLee, Natalie, and Keegan of Sumter, SC, Patrick, Mizuki, and Kennedy of Spokane, WA.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Roscoe and Mary; one son, Alan Lee Rogers (Dee Ann); one daughter, Deanna Kae Winslett; one best friend and sister-in-law, Linda Ann Parson; and one son-in-law, David Lee Thurman.
