A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12:00pm Saturday, March 23,2024 at Northstar Christian Center. A public viewing to be held from 1-5PM on Friday March 22, 2024 at JP Holley Funeral Home Northeast Chapel. Ms. Luces will lie in state for viewing one hour prior to the Celebration of life service beginning at 11:00 am.
