Funeral Service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, February 1, 2020 at JP Holley Chapel, Garners Ferry Road. Interment will be 10:00 am Monday, February 3, 2020 at Ft Jackson National Cemetery. Mr Noble will lie in-state one hour prior to funeral service. A visitation will be Friday, January 31, 2020 from 4-8 pm at JP Holley Chapel, Garners Ferry Road.
