Obituary: Those left to cherish his precious memories are his son, Danny (Sonya) Daniels, daughters, Valerie (Edwin) Rivers, Patricia O. Scott; brothers, Woodrow (Cleo) Garrick, Marvin (Mary) Daniels, Larry (Ruth) Burden; sisters, Sally Griffin, Ella Jackson, Nellie Blackette, Hattie (Calvin) Washington, DeLoris (James) Goodwin; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; two aunts; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends all of whom will miss him dearly. Services: Eastover - Service for George L. Daniels will be held 1:00 pm, Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Zion Benevolent Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Daniels will be placed in the church one hour prior for public viewing. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 4 to 8pm at the JP Holley Funeral Home Columbia Chapel and family will be receiving friends from 6 to 8pm.
