Elma Belser

Obituary: Elma C. Belser, 82, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Palmetto Health Richland. Born January 10, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Grant and Louise Conyers. She was preceded in death by two children, Joyce Ellis and Kevin Belser. Her memories will be cherished by her children: Marilyn (Clarence, Sr.) Colclough, James Belser, Jr., Darryl Belser, Yvonne (Albert) Jones, Michelle Belser, Nina Belser, Brenda Belser, and Andrew Belser (Katia); a granddaughter reared as her own: Kiyana (Patrick) Belser-James; 19 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Services: Her life will be celebrated on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at New Hope UME Church, 19022 Panola Rd, Pinewood, at 2:30 PM with Bishop Leroy T James, officiating and Rev Lawrence Myers, Pastor. The burial will follow at the New Hope Community Cemetery. The visitation will be on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Kingdom Builders Deliverance Ministries, 621 W. Liberty St, Sumter from 4-6PM. The family is receiving relatives and friends at the home, 9715 Stukes Rd, Pinewood.
