Obituary: Those left to cherish her precious memories are her husband, Deacon Harry Thompson, Sr.; five daughters, Patricia (Clarence) Goodwin, Gloria E Thompson, Betty (Isiah) Haygood, Renda Fant, Milicent Collier-Thompson and Wendy Brailsford; three sons, Harry (Ariska) Thompson, Bernard Brailsford Sr. and Ennis Fant Sr.; fifteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two sisters, Sallie B. Sumter and Mary E Sumter; three brothers, Leroy (Rosa) Sumter, Samuel (Pauline) Sumter and Larry Lee; three sisters-in-law, Jane (Jessie) Smith, Dorothy Thompson and Doris J. Sumter; three brothers-in-law, Lever (Lilly) Thompson, Franklin (Maggie) Thompson and George(Shirley) Thompson as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends all of whom will miss her dearly. Services: will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 15, 2015, at Temple of Faith Bibleway Church with interment to follow in the Zion Benevolent Baptist Church's cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 3 to 8:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 7 to 8:00 p.m. Services have been entrusted to JP Holley Funeral Home.
