Edwina Walker

Obituary: Ms. Edwina Walker was born on May 15, 1959 in Columbia, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Ida Mae Walker and late Rudolph Walker. She departed this life on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Palmetto Richland Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina. Edwina was educated in the schools of Richland School District One in Columbia, South Carolina. She held various jobs in the customer service field. Edwina rededicated her life to Christ in 2014 at Brookland Baptist Church in West Columbia, South Carolina. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ida Mae and Rudolph Walker, her sister Remonia Walker, and her brother Thomas Walker. Ms. Edwina Walker leaves to mourn her passing: three sisters Cynthia Hickman of Cayce, South Carolina; Sharon Walker-Ragland and Kenyatta (Whitney) McLeod both of Columbia, South Carolina, three brothers, Rudolph (Monica) Walker of Winnsboro, South Carolina, her twin Edward Walker of High Point, North Carolina and Darryl Walker of Columbia, South Carolina, one uncle Deacon Fred (Catherine) Daniels of Cayce, South Carolina and one aunt Mary Daniels of West Columbia, South Carolina and a host of nieces, nephews, loving relatives and caring friends, all of whom will miss her dearly. Services: Funeral services for Edwina Walker will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 17, 2018 at JP Holley Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery
