Jacobs; brothers, Dennis Jacob, Jr., Matthew Stevenson; sisters, Charity Heatley, Bobby Millhouse, Precious M. Beverly; and a host of family and friends whom will miss her dearly. Services: Funeral Service for Mrs. Constance D. Jacobs Foster will be held 1:00pm Saturday January 28, 2017 at the Zion Mill Creek Baptist Church, with Interment to follow in the Church Cemetery.
