Obituary: Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Minister Ollie M. Booker; children, Kawanna L. (Brandon) Bailey, Cecelia L. Booker, Dominick M. Booker and Charlesia M. Booker; father, Charles E. (Alberta) Booker Sr. ; brothers, Melvin Booker and Shawn Booker; sisters, Brenda Booker, Lisa Leggitte, Cynthia Booker, Teresa Booker and Jennifer Booker; stepdaughters, Tamika (Kacey) Sutton, Carolyn Bridgett Ross (Marvin) Berry, Lindsay A. Ross and Meagan E. Ross; stepson, Derrick D. (Yteki) Nash; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; four step-grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and caring friends all of whom will miss him dearly. Services: will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 2015 at Word of Truth Ministry and Worship Center. Mr. Booker will be placed in the church at 1:00 p.m. Internment will follow at 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 22, 2015 in the Ft. Jackson National Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 4 to 8:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 5 to 6 p.m. Services have been entrusted to JP Holley Funeral Home.
