Casey Lynch

Casey M. Lynch, 38, of Elloree, South Carolina passed away unexpectedly on June 27, 2025. Born August 25, 1986, Casey was known for his witty humor, generous spirit, and meticulous work as a mechanic. What began as a teenage passion for tinkering with cars and transmissions evolved into a respected career, culminating in his role as a Master Service Technician specializing in diesel equipment.

Above all else, Casey’s greatest pride and joy were his daughters, Lillie and Maggie, who will carry his strength, humor, and warmth with them always. He cherished every moment spent outdoors with them and watching them on the softball field.

Casey is also survived by his siblings: Patrick (Rachael) Lynch, Seamus (Lindsey) Lynch, Justin (Kimber) Lynch, John “Jak” Lynch, and his sister Kelly (Johnnie) West; his beloved nieces: Riley, Amelia, Tove, and Rory; his best friend, Ashley Lynch; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and treasured friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie McCarthy Lynch, in 2024, and his father, John Robert Lynch, in 2015.

Casey will be remembered for his big heart, his unwavering readiness to help anyone in need, and the way he could light up a room with a well-timed quote or joke—often pulled from a favorite movie or some obscure internet corner. His kindness, loyalty, and laughter leave a void that cannot be filled.

A celebration of Casey’s life will be held August 2nd. More details will be announced once available.
