Carlton Jacobs

Obituary

Carlton Jacobs was born January 29, 1959 to the late Louis Jacobs, Jr and Mattie Emma Jones Jacobs.

Carlton was a 1977 graduate of Lower Richland High School. He worked in the Food Service Industry as a cook until his health declined.

Carlton loved his family dearly. You would find Carlton at the family reunions and funerals. Carlton loved knowing and learning about the family history. He would visit the elders of the family and discuss family history.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Louis Jacobs, Jr, Mattie Emma Jones Jacobs and his oldest brother Louis (Patricia) Jacobs III of Wichita Falls, TX.

Carlton is survived by his brothers and sisters, Navdell Jacobs, Larry Jacobs both of Hopkins, SC, Clarence (Brenda) Jacobs of Winnsboro, SC, Sylivia (James) Brown of Columbia, SC and a numerous of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

We will miss “Big C”, his cooking, big smile and especially his knowledge of his family history.
