Services: Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday June 18, 2019 at the Mt. Beulah Baptist Church (McBee) Internment will follow in the Mt. Beulah Cemetery. Visitation for Mr. Blakney will be held in the Bishopville chapel 114 East Church Street Bishopville, SC 29010 June 17, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
