Betty Lou (Coleman) Johnson

Betty Lou Coleman Johnson was born on August 28, 1944 in Newark, New Jersey.  She departed this life on Friday, October 4, 2019 at Lexington County Hospital after a long illness.

She is preceded in death by her parents George and Victoria Moody Coleman.  She also outlived 8 siblings.

She attended the public schools of Columbia.  She was a devoted wife and mother until her illness and death.

She is survived by her three daughters: Cora Renee (Gregory) Harrison, Peggy Jean Jackson, Janie Mae Smith; her brother: George (Linda) Coleman, Jr; eight grand-children: Lorenzo, Tatiana and Victoria Washington, Alvenia and Candace Cheatham, Clinton, William and Nicole Smith; twelve great- grand-children; nieces; nephews, other family and friends.

Betty enjoyed being with friends and family and enjoying life.  She will be missed by all.
