Obituary: Arlene leaves to cherish her precious memory, a son, A. Wayne McNeil (Ann-Marie), sisters Delaware M. Gerald and Nevada M. Johnson, brothers Clarence O. McNeil (Barbara) and Obadiah Z. McNeil (Cheryl), and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Services: A Memorial Service will be conducted at 2:30p.m. Saturday, May 6, 2017 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
