Adeline Reddick

December 11, 1943 — July 16, 2025

Ms. Adeline Reddick, 81, of Bishopville, South Carolina.

Ms. Reddick entered into eternal rest on the 16th day of July, 2025.

Adeline Reddick was the seventh child of the late Ruth Jackson and Collin Reddick.  She was born in Lee County on December 11, 1943.  She attended Mt. Zion School and graduated from Dennis High School.

She worked in her early years as a beautician and later as a CNA.  She was a lifetime member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church.  In her early years, she was a member of the Board of Trustees, a member of the senior choir and a member of the Eastern Stars.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Collin Reddick; her mother, Ruth Jackson Reddick; three brothers, Carlie, Jacob, and Johnny Reddick; three sisters, Betty Lee Hill, Lula Bell Catoe and Peggy Ann Peoples, and a special cousin, Curtis Reddick.

She was always full of life and dressed impeccably.  She was a no-nonsense person who told you how she felt with no room for doubt.  A true Reddick OG.

We will all miss you so much and you will be remembered.

Rest in peace our lady, we love you, your nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
